      • Understand municipal building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
      • Address setbacks, height limits, and environmental considerations (if any).
      • Advising on necessary permits and approvals.

4. Provide design drawings:

      • We include required information to convey viability to local building department. 

Our fee for the study is $2,500+HST
